Created a new Hyper-V virtual machine from scratch on Windows Server 2025 Datacenter
Downloaded Ubuntu 24.04 LTS cloud image from Canonical and deployed it as the server OS
Configured cloud-init for automated server provisioning (root access, SSH, firewall, packages)
Installed and configured Nginx as a reverse proxy, Node.js 20 LTS, and PM2 process manager
Designed and coded this entire website — dark gaming theme with neon green accents, Reddit-style layout
Built the backend: Express.js server, SQLite database, user authentication with bcrypt, voting system, threaded comments
Built the frontend: fully responsive CSS with Orbitron/Rajdhani fonts, interactive voting JS, scan-line CRT effect

Deployed everything to the VM with PM2 for production process management
Set static IP outside DHCP scope, configured firewall rules for HTTP/HTTPS/SSH
